Conversely, not investing enough time in our wellness can lead to burnout, stress, and health problems. Energy: Our energy levels can be affected by a variety of factors, such as sleep, diet, exercise, and stress levels. By investing in activities that promote our energy, such as getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, and managing stress, we can improve our overall wellness. Money: Investing in our wellness can sometimes require financial resources, such as paying for a gym membership or seeing a therapist. However, there are also many affordable or free ways to invest in our wellness, such as going for a walk, practicing yoga, or meditating.
