About the event

Sarah will talk you through 3 simple ways you can feel more body confident. Our bodies change when we have children and it can be hard to accept those changes. When things go wrong we sometimes blame our body for not being good enough and this can lead to feeling bad about ourselves and we develop a negative body image that can affect some sorts of our life. I want to share with you my simple steps to feeling better about your body
