Playful Parenting- The Pocket Sized Edition!

This workshop will explore the barriers and benefits of bringing pockets of playfulness into our parenting. We will getting back to basics, reconnecting with play and exploring simple ideas we can incorporate into our everyday lives and routines.

• Playfulness can be injected in small doses and still achieve great results. 
• Playfulness in parenting boosts connection, communication and connection. 
• Playing is not just beneficial to children!!

My hope is that parents will feel invigorated and excited to try some new ideas to boost playfulness and connection.
